REAL ESTATE

Houses / Apartments / Warehouses / Stashes are always available but you must create a ticket in Asylum Discord for a Real Estate appointment.

All information needs to be provided to real estate at the time of the ticket being made, the postal/location of the property you intend to purchase, the shell that you wish to place in the house (all shells with names, photos and prices are located on  additional real estate pages).

Citizens are limited to two owned properties per person. VIP Shop purchases or subscription properties are not counted in this number.

Some houses or apartments may not be available through the realtor but may come into play through gaining a supporter role.

Please be aware: Houses / Apartments obtained through supporters may come into play for auction if the supporter role is cancelled. 

To keep the houses/Apartments you must keep supporting monthly they are not a one time purchase!
